Plex on TV not playing videos

Hi,

I got all my medias loaded to the Media server in my Desktop computer.

Opened Plex on my Smart TV and was able to see through all the movies from my computer, however, when trying to play, I keep getting this error the movie didn’t respond on time to play etc.

The TV is connected to the WIFI with pretty high signal. I tried many reset and re-booting etc, problem persists.

Any help is very much appreciated.

please post what model your TV is as well as logs so we can see what is going on.

Do you have the ability to run a cable even for testing purposes on the floor to see if that helps?
