Plex keep chanign order of "Last Episode Added"

Plex TV Shows keep going out of order on Refresh Metadata Scans.

I sort my shows by Last Episode Added, and when I or Plex dose a Metadata Scan it takes older shows and brings them to top of the Last Episode Added

Can this be fixed ? Thanks
