Plex keep looking for server how to fix this?
what are you running the sever on mac, centos or what?

are you using an IP to access or app.plex.tv? is this server at a remote location?
I believe he is using some remote hosted server service.
In which case, it sounds like is unable to claim it (since it is being accessed via remote ip).
then you likely need to access it via an SSH tunnel.
