I’m having trouble playing content over Plex on the PS4 PlayStation app.
I keep getting this error.

I not sure why this is happening all of sudden.
Remote users describe this problem as I’ve described below:
They’re playing something on plex and they said plex says conversion failed, and then the transcoded exited due to an error.
To continue playing the content on plex, they have to have exited the play or sometimes plex and sometimes it continues playing.
I have enabled early access on the PS4 app, but I was getting this error beforehand too.
Any help would be appreciated.

I checked the logs and I indeed getting this error on my plex media server logs.
Sep 22, 2020 18:17:45.862 [25000] ERROR - [Transcoder] av_interleaved_write_frame(): Unknown error
Which in fact on the documentation on the link provided does indicate that could be due to Malwarebytes, which I’ll investigate tonight. And try and add those exclusions.

Update 6/10/2020
Ok some I made those changes as I stated above, still, get this error on plex on the PS4 app (preview)
I have closed the app and then I go back into and it works, but sometimes it doesn’t.
Any thoughts on this?

Update 2\11\2020:
I have reports from my end users that the transcoder error has now started on the Plex web app which is a little concerning. https://app.plex.tv/desktop. Has anyone else been facing this issue?
I will investigate the logs tonight and give a further tonight if found anything of interest.
