Plex keeps crashing

The servers on both of my computers keep crashing .
I am unable to watch anything and when i open plex it immediately crashes.

i’ve cleared my cache
reset chrome
removed extensions
opened in incognito and more and still no results
i’ve also updated to latest plex software

please advise

What exactly is crashing (server, client apps, browser…)?
On what versions of PMS and/or the respective app are you experiencing this?

I believe it is the plex server.
when i login to watch something it crashes and says opps… reload screen and when i hit the trouble shoot button it was telling me try the above solutions and i did but it is still crashing.
i also updated to the latest plex update but that didn’t fix it either.
i am not a tech guy but i’ve reset chrome
cleared my cache
gone incognito
and nothing is working.
at 1st it was only happening on my macbook so i thought it was computer related but now it is happening on all of computers both pc and mac, so now it makes me think it is plex related.

I am certainly open to suggestions on how to get it working again… or hoping that this message reaches plex and they can fix it

just tried… and yes… it is saying this page is having a problem

My web client crashes now like I’ve never had crash before. For me its the web client going ‘Opps’ and crashes. I have to relog back in to Plex, I can see the file is still playing on the server. if I click play, Plex starts for 1 half a second and then crashes again. when I log back in, I now see 2 of the same video playing. If I admin stop them, they just sit there and hang.

Any thoughts on how to fix the problem?

I’m still not sure I understand what “the problem” is.
Did you get a similar error message when you tried playing music in Chrome?

Can confirm, it happening with chrome only, no problem when playback on mobile or other browser

Plex version: 1.25.5.5492 - 7000 (Synology)
Chrome version: 98.0.4758.80

the problem is plex isn’t working on any of my devices and continues to crash…
is there an i.t. or support person i can talk to that i can share screens with or do some trouble shooting with to solve the problem?
