It appears that Plex latest update ( Version 1.14.1.5488) has broken a couple of key ingredients of Plex. It finds videos ok, but it no longer seems to be updating Metadata and no longer is finding my external subtitles.
I know all the Plex protocols and have not had any problems in a long time. I have approximately 4,000 movies that all work fine.
However, since the update, I have had to add Metadata manually. There is not way to manually find the subtitles nor is there a way to manually add star cast members. Open subtitles still works but is so full of ads that it defeats the purpose of having and Video library, Also, most of the subtitles I have in this new bunch of files do not exists in Opensubtitles.
I have made no changes other than the PLEX Update.
What is going wrong?
