Everything has always worked fine for me, since the last Plex update. Now it doesn’t recognize any new movie or tv series, subtitles are not working. I`m posting some pics, just to show what is going on.
As you can see in the print screens, “The Flash” and “Rectify” are the Tv series that I recently downloaded, and both are not being recognized. It does play the episodes, but subtitles are not working and also the metadata.
Folders and files names are all just fine as well. My windows media player can play the episodes with subtitles.
Is there any way to downgrade Plex to an older version? Or is there any solution for this?
In these cases, sometimes I restart plex. I even have a small script that restarts plex for me. Usually that fixes the issue. However, you may want to check your settings to make sure that the library is looking for new media and is updating itself regularly.
Just upload the ZIP file with all of them, hard to say right now which one will have the right information. Could be that one finds a trace in the server log and has to correlate that to the moviedb/imdb sublog. @ChuckPa will certainly help you find the source of the issue, as he is one of the best around here.
