I have had multiple hits on this topic within the forums. However all the screen shots of how to fix it are from old Plex versions. It looks like the fix is to go into the library in the advanced options. From there I cannot figure how to get it to work. Can someone provide a new updated fix for this issue? Also, I have a library tab and a collections tab. Not sure how the collection tab got created. I know i did not do that on purpose. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
