Tuner Make/Model: HDHR Dual
I have the same issue as HDHR Dual on Plex - problems with DVB-C and the issue titled, Why can’t I choose DVB-C/Cable, only Antenna DVB-T/T2? (I can only post 2 links as a new user), both of which went completely unaddressed by the Plex team. Are we Plex Pass subscribers entitled to support?
The problem is only Antenna is available as a tuner option and when clicked through only offers DVB-T2 when I need DVB-C.
Commonalities between these issues appear to be we’re all in Denmark and potentially all using the TV provider YouSee (at least one other in the linked issues beside me is). We’re also all using the HDHomeRun Dual. The HDHomeRun app itself sees and offers all my subscribed channels through DVB-C without fuss.
We’re three years from the oldest issue to now. Please offer us a hello we’re working on it or anything else other than silence.
