Why can't I choose DVB-C/Cable, only Antenna DVB-T/T2?

Hi guys

I have an older HDHomeRun Dual, and I’m trying my best to set up Plex DVR.

I am receiving my TV channels via cable/DVB-C, which is also what the HDHomeRun application settings is showing me. However when I use the DVR wizard in Plex, I can only choose Antenna. There is no cable option at all, and I’m unable to find any channels.

Do any of you know what could be causing this?

If it helps anything, I’m from Denmark and my cable provider is YouSee.

Plex states that all HDHR models should be supported, but I’m starting to think my unit may be a tad too old? Or what?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi. I know this is an old topic, but i have the same HDHR Dual, and experiencing the exact same problem as you do :frowning:
