Plex Live TV worked great until this week, now can't access "Live TV" on Ceton Infiniti 4 Tuner

I’ve had Plex working perfectly until this week. I have not been home to make any changes that I know of. I can still access all of my recorded media through Plex, but when I try to access my “Live TV” through Plex it says Playback Error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna." I use a Ceton Infiniti 4 tuner with a cable card. Ceton diagnostics say that is able to correctly tune a channel still. Plex shows 4 green dots on the server which I assume means the tuners are recognized and ready for use. I would appreciate any help on how to fix the issue. Thanks!
