Plex won't play live TV, says "unable to tune channel"

I bought a tuner and antenna, and they have been working great. Then plex told me to re-tune my antenna, so I did, I used WinTV 8.5 to re-tune the channels, now it doesn’t work at all. for winTV 8.5, I have no issue watching live TV, but on my Rokus and other devices that use Plex, it no longer works. I tried reinstalling the whole thing, didn’t work. Anyone have any issues similar or any fixes i could use to stream live tv back to Plex?
using a Windows 10 PC as a Plex server, with the Hauppauge 4 channel tuner and WinTV 8.5 software for the tuner.

From the Supported DVR Tuners and Antennas Support Article:

  • Windows: “WinTV 8” (for WinTV tuners) or “AVerMedia TVBox” (for AVerMedia tuners) software might conflict with Plex Media Server’s use of the tuner. If you have issues tuning channels, please remove this software, install only the driver for your tuner, then attempt to scan channels again.
