I’ve set up Plex on a newly purchased QNAP and migrated all of my content to this server. I use one Plex account and maintain multiple servers, but only recently began seeing this issue.
With Apple TV, when I go into any TV show, I do not see the seasons labeled correctly. In the attached screenshots you can see on Apple TV for the TV series Letterkenny they just show up as “Letterkenny”. Yet, when I view the same TV series, on the same server, using either a web browser or the iOS Plex app on my iPhone, the seasons show up correctly as “Season 01”, “Season 02”, etc.
I have both rebooted the Apple TV and restarted the Plex Apple TV app. I do notice that when restarting Plex first fails to connect, and I exit back out to the Apple TV menu. A subsequent attempt connects successfully, and everything works, except for seasons displaying correctly. And again, this seasons display issue is for all TV shows I have.
