Not showing all seasons

Hi.
Have just upgraded my server to 2022… and fresh installed PLEX Server.
Scanned all my libraries, all seemed fine, now this is strange…

  • Not all Seasons Showing on the TV (player), for all TV Series…eg. Heroes … is 4 Seasons, but only 3 are visable, although “All Episodes” contains all the Episodes.
  • When I check on the server locally through browser, Plex shows 4 Seasons as it should.

This has only started happening with the latest Plex Server Build (1.25.9.5721) as my old Windows Server running ( 1.25.6.5577 ) works correctly.

I have tried…

  • Deleting and recreating Library

Any Ideas Please anyone ??

What kind/brand of TV is this?
How old is the model?

I am running Plex on a Popcorn Hour C-300

I don’t know that device, I’m afraid. But I’m certain that it is unfortunately not officially supported.
So it was inevitable that it eventually stops working – even if it did work in the past.

Bugger, looks like I need new media players… have been so happy with the PCH-200 and 300. Have worked just great for years… and did everything I needed.

Thanks for your help, was hoping is was just a server side settings of some kind I was missing… looks like the last season on each TV Series is missing… although under “All Episodes” they are all there… so strange,

I guess you can get something similar if you get yourself a nVidia Shield and install Kodi on it. It just hasn’t as much USB ports and no analog outputs.
Just get the big one and stay away from the “tube” model.

And it has a supported Plex client.
