Plex Media Player is crashing on some video files. Where can I look at logs and see what's going on?

I downloaded a Carpool Karaoke video and every time I watch it, it crashes P-M-P (which I run on the Plex Server Windows PC) and reboots the PC. The files are .mp4.

My PC is brand new Windows 10, with an Intel Core i5-8400, Gigabyte H370M DS3H mobo, and 16GB of 2666Mhz RAM. (No video card) All it does is run Plex Server and Plex Media Player, nothing else.

Can someone help me find the logs and diagnose the problem? Thanks!
