Windows 10 PMS keeps crashing

Player Version#: Latest version on NVIDIA Shield

All of the sudden, Plex started crashing over the last couple of weeks. It seems to do it more with PMS running but will also crash just running on its own. PMS is at the latest version (1.1.7.0). I have another server that is identical but seems to not be affected. I have the logs but I cannot see the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I pulled the logs as soon as the server crashed. Thanks.

just to be clear, its the plex media server that keeps crashing, not the player right? the plex server crashes, and the server shows as disconnected after that when viewing the player?

if its the plex app/player that crashes, and not the server, have you tried accessing it via the web ui?

ps. i think you’ve sent over a log with verbose logging enabled

The issue is with the server not the player. PMS is Plex Media Service. I allows Plex to run without logging into the box.

PS Yes, verbose logging was enabled. It is off now.
