Plex Media Player - Minimize in Full Screen Mode

I just tried Plex again after using Emby for a fair while and I like the PMP v2 so far.

Typically when I watch any video it is in fullscreen mode but I would like a way to minimize without having to leave full screen mode first.

I want to be able to minimize PMP so I can do something else and when I click the icon in the taskbar it’a right back to fullscreen without having to click the fullscreen button again.
