Plex media scanner 64 bit crashes on scanning music

hope my findings raise an alarm to the development team and also help those who have the same issue. installed 64 bit server, everything works fine except adding music library, always get “music” is empty results. after a couple days googling, reading forum and try-and-error, and finally noticed that the log shows the scanner was crashing all the time with messages like this:

Jobs: ‘C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Scanner.exe’ exit code for process 14596 is -1073741819 ()

so I removed 64bit server and installed 32bit version and now everything works fine
