Plex Media Serve is wrongly reporting server as unavailable

within my plex media servers remote access page plex report my server as being fully available .

However the Plex.Tv reports my plex server as being unreachable.

If i go to a browser on my phone with wifi disabled i can browse to the PMS reported public ip address and port and get to the plex server . This indicates that the plex server is running and port forwarding is working correctly as the phone is on an external network.

So PMS is online and available through port forwarding but the Plex.TV website is reporting that it unreachable.

I am having the same issue - on latest version. Was working fine all morning until 1 hour ago. Changed NOTHING. Says server is unreachable. Can get to plex site but again, server is unreahcable both internal and external.

If you are trying to push me to Emby, you guys are doing a great job.
