Plex media server and Seagate Personalcloud - cannot see my media

i havent used my PLEX player and server for a while and recently tried to play my own media which is on my Seagate Personalcloud with PLEX server running.

Plex player cannot see any of my content - music, movies etc.

it used to populate the home screen but not anymore. I’ve updated all software and still no solution.

has there been a change in the Plex world that I’m unaware of?

I am a just a regular user without a plexpass.

It appears my libraries disappeared at some point. Plex Server currently creating them again.
