Plex Media Server - Automatically Optimize Files

I was wondering if there is a way to automatically have any content that I add to the Plex Media Server automatically optimize for Mobile and TV?

If you had a plex pass.

I don’t see from the links anything about Plex pass. Additionally I don’t see from the link anything about auto optimization

Optimization jobs in Plex can not only be attached to particular movies, but also to library filters or even the whole library. Those jobs are working like smart playlists or smart collections.
Which means if the defined filter at a later date now suddenly applies to different titles (because it was created to only optimize e.g. unwatched titles) it will be re-evaluated during the server maintenance period and optimizations performed for additional items, if necessary.

If you apply optimization to the whole library, the same will happen after you added new items to it.

Keep in mind that Plex will not remove the original file after creating an optimization.

When optimizing, how can I be sure that the Subtitles and alternate audio feeds are included in the files?

For example on some episodes and movies there are commentary tracks both audio and text based; plus I prefer to also have the option to turn captions on. In the original MKV files that I have on the PLEX, I have all of these included and labeled.

Also - How do I optimize the Special Features (local Media) for both TV & Movies?

I think you are better off doing it manually.
