have you tried at https://app.plex.tv or restarted your server?
Yes, I tried both.
Would you please drill (cd) down into /var/lib/plexmediaserver
and make a tar.gz of the Logs
directory and attach it?
It’s a zip but here you go

Sorry, not sure. That’s just how it is. Didn’t change any logging options.
Something deleted the log files or the command was not correct.
I suggest deleting everything in Logs
and re-creating.
Then make the tar.gz as requested.
