Plex Media Server Beta 1.25.6.5545 cannot stream to Playstation 5

Running Plex Media Server on Ubuntu Desktop 20.10 on an AMD Ryzen 5 3500, 32GB ram, SSD hard drives, and nVidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB pcie GPU.

After update to Beta 1.25.6.5545 Plex does not stream to Playstation 5. Starting a stream will show a short spinner icon followed by a black screen with no audio. Lowering stream quality (or staying at the same quality, but not using the original file) will allow the titles to stream.

Tested from multiple Playstation 5 consoles (both local and remote) using the PS5 Plex App at version 1.003.000. All consoles saw the same issue.

Issue did not occur streaming to Android Phones, Desktop PC (Web and Plex Desktop Player), Roku Player, or Amazon Fire TV Stick.

Issue is resolved by rolling back to PMS 1.25.5.5492 from the Public update channel.

Same problem here. Reverting fixed it. Hoping it’s patched soon
