Hi!
I have noticed that some 1080p videos in playstation 5 app causes playback error. On the other hand the same videos works correctly in playstation 4 app and plex web app.
If someone knows a way to manually fix it, please share it in this topic.
Server PC#: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B

Steps to reproduce:
- install plex server version 1.23.6.4881
- install playstation 5 app
- launch playstation 5 app
- play video with info that similar to descripted bellow
Expected result:
5. Video will correctly playing
Actual result:
5. Video plays for a 34 seconds
6. Buffering animation appears for a 2 minutes
7. Playback Error appears on the screen with message “an unexpected playback problem occured”
