PLEX Media Server cannot be found since update...

I’ve been using Plex for over a year via my Seagate PersonalCloud and Xbox One and have, for the most part, had no real issues with it. However, yesterday I went to watch something and my XB1 client couldn’t locate my server. I checked on my laptop; same thing. No matter what client I use, none of them seem able to find the server. I checked and there was a newer version of Plex Server available for my PersonalCloud and did a manual install, as I have always done when updating Plex. However, the problem has remained the same ever since.

I have uninstalled Plex on my PersonalCloud several times and even did a factory reset on the PersonalCloud itself just in case it was the problem. I’ve stopped and re-started Plex a dozen times at least.

However, three separate times it seemed as if it had found the server and I went through the process of re-building my library, but each time after closing my browser and attempting to access it later I was right back to having the same problem as before: no servers found. On two of those occasions where it did locate the server, however, I was unable to claim the server. On the third, I did manage to claim the server, but when it began to scan my library, it suddenly went right back to ‘no server found.’

If anyone here can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated because I just can’t seem to get this working and it’s become a real pain these last two days.
