Plex Media Server closes itself after 1 sec

On Windows 10 Pro (20H2) x64.

I’ve tried using PMS 1.22, but the problem persists. When I open PSM it shows the icon on the tray and on the process on the Task Manager, but it just closes itself after 1 second…

I can’t use Plex since days! Any help, please?
