Plex Media Server constantly seems to be transcoding

hi Guys,

I’ve noticed on PMS running on Windows 10, that the transcoder program/function seems to always be on and off using a lot of CPU.
This is fine but I’m wanting to know what on earth it’s doing.
No recordings, no one stream or playing anything.
Is there a way to see what file it’s transcoding (if at all)?
