Plex Media Server continually non-responsive

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4275

My Plex Media Server is continually becoming non-responsive. This has been happening pretty regularly now and the only way I’ve been able to work around the issue is by exiting the Plex Media Server application through the task tray, then restarting the application again. I’ve looked through the logs, but haven’t been finding anything helpful. There are no crash logs because the service is still running as normal.

Would you help me find the root cause here?
