Plex Media Server PMS keeps crashing for no reason (again)

About a month ago I reported a problem where the PMS was crashing often, you helped me with the update 1.22.2.4276, however this week the same problem occurs again.

It has already been several days in which PMS has crashed and I can’t find any reason because I haven’t made any changes since you helped me.

Please help me again as it keeps crashing for no reason.

The most recent crashed was today at approximately 5:09 pm.

Server Version#: 1.23.0.4459

Are there crash logs? Looks like you have crash reporting disabled.

Hello, usually in my posts I only attached the Plex Media Server Logs, however I attach here what I have of Crash Logs.

I think I do have disabled the crahs reporting.. look at the screenshot and tell me.

Hello, clearly I am not an expert and that’s why I turn to you, but I started to review some of Plex Media Server Logs and I found that this error is common and almost always appears at the time the PMS crashes … I repeat, just I’m guessing, but if it’s any use, I’ll leave it here…

Yesterday and today it has crashed again and I still don’t know why.

and again … 4 crashes in less than 2 hours … it’s exasperating

Of all the times that PMS has been crashed, this is the first where apparently the report was generated successfully:

and PMS just crashed again … 2 more times … at 10:45 pm and at 10:56 pm approximately .

At the 10:45 crash it was successfully reported:
May 16, 2021 22: 45: 02.247 [14020] INFO - 26cc2307-ec02-482a-ace2-3c9b43f60d40 was reported correctly

In the crash doesn’t:
May 16, 2021 22: 56: 04.699 [7324] ERROR - Too many crashdumps detected / retries disallowed!

This seriously is more than exasperating.

And no one from PLEX helps me

It really doesn’t make any sense that the PLEX team doesn’t attend to these cases and every day the service is crashing without being able to count on timely assistance.

Do you have the application logs of whomever was streaming from your server at the time

No, I only have the server logs but not the application logs. As you have seen, there’ve been several crashes, sometimes there were even up to 40 connections when the PMS crashed, on other occasions 20, etc …

You have 40 people streaming from you at once?

Yeah but I’ve even been over 50 and PMS didn’t crash

and again … at 8:38 pm approx

It doesn’t change the scenery, PMS crashes over and over and over again
