I have a pretty simple Plex Media Server that shares a bit of content at work (music and training videos). The other day I created a Plex Mix around a song I was listening to and was happy to learn I could create a playlist of these selected songs. I edited the playlist to remove a few songs that didn’t quite fit and everything seemed good.
Today I open the Playlist screen and PMS terminates on my computer. I have rescanned the library, and optimized the database to no avail. The only thing I did recently was to pull all the Audiobooks into a separate library and remove them from the Music library.
I’m now seeing this on the screen when I open “Playlists”, and then the crash.
LPE: Unknown section 5
LPE: falling back to slow path evaluation: /library/sections/5/all?type=9&genre=758
downloading document: http://127.0.0.1:32400/library/sections/5/all?type=9&genre=758
This repeats
Then
PlexClient::downloadContainer: expected MediaContainer element, found html
LPE: failed to get container for path: /library/sections/5/all?type=9&genre=758
Job running: \Crashuploader.exe
Plex Media (4.6 MB)
Logs attached. Looking for advice - I tried deleting the new playlist but it crashes before it is successful. Should I delete the library completely and have it recreate?
