I moved all my music files to another hard drive and deleted my music library. Ever since I did that the server crashes after seconds every time I try to start it. The activity says “Adding to Library: Moving files” and then immediately crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve tried older versions . Same thing every time, please help, thanks Running this on Windows 11
I’ve never seen that message. Can you get me your server logs? You might need to grab them manually. Just zip the entire folder and send that to me.
I got a program called Restart On Crash. It basically restarts a program that crashes instantly. I was able to get the sever to work that way, scanned my new library and thought it was fixed. Its doing the same exact thing again…
I see the crash but I can’t tell what is causing it. The last thing your server was doing was related to a music album. I would try removing that artist from your library to see if that will stop it.
The artist is Sleater-Kinney.
Deleted sleater-kinney, restarted my computer, it’s still doing the exact same thing…

Your logs still show your server looking for that artist. Looks like you may have tried to “Add to library” from Tidal. That ring a bell? Not sure why this is causing the crash. I’ll check with the devs to see if we received the crash report. In the mean-time can you try unlinking your Tidal account temporarily to see if that stops the crashes.
