my Plex Server Keeps on shutting down on me and I need to fix that I updated it last night and now it stops working after 20mins and then I have to restart the service again but it will only last about 20 mins and it stops working please help me I have posted my logs like 2 times and even got in touch with plex on Twitter and no one is helping me and I pay monthly subscription to make sure that this don’t happen but I understand we are all human so I get it but it messed my server up bad

So can someone take a look at my logs for any problems that might be stoping Plex server services to stop working I would much appreciate it

Yes cuz no one is answering me but there answering everyone else

I am not rude but it seems like plex don’t care about there customers

And downgrade software did not help at all

it’s been less than a day. Half the world was asleep for half the time. Starting a new thread is not helpful as now the conversation is split.

I have asked a mod to close this one down - let’s use the other one, OK :slight_smile:

I was only unable to show you how to get your logs from a windows machine. I would have continued helping you after that.

I was trying to help him/her on another thread, but rather than continuing, he/she started a duplicate one. I tried to get get threads back together but he/she does not want that.
