Hey all, I’ve been troubleshooting this issue for a few weeks and am looking for a resolution. Basically what’s been happening is periodically my server will be unable to be accessed remotely and I have to end up restarting the service in Windows. After restarting it pops up immediately and works fine. When this occurs as far as I can tell no crash logs are generated and I cannot find anything in the logs that give me any clues as to what is going on. Anyone experience something similar? Sometimes I find when I hover over the Plex logo in the menu bar to restart it disappears like a crash, other times it stays like it’s still running fine.
At first I was running uPnP, and after I switched to manual port forwarding the problem seemed to mostly go away but now it’s been happening again more frequently. Any tips? Another thing to note is I have uptime robot setup but it doesn’t seem to actually report downtime accurately even though I have double and triple checked the setup.Plex Media Server Logs_2020-06-01_11-07-13.zip (3.9 MB)
