Plex stops working

I am running PMS on windows 10 x64.
It’s worked fine for 2 years. Nothing else runs in that PC except for Plex. Everything worked great until plex updated on 12/21/18.
Now every 45 minutes or so, plex just stops working and shuts down in the background. The toolbar in the bottom right corner loses the PMS icon. And I have to restart it everytime.

Any help will be wonderful.
