Plex Media Server Crashes frequently. How to read logs?

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563
Player Version#: n/a

I don’t know why this has been happening so frequently lately, but PMS has been crashing several times per day for the last week or so. However, it has been getting more frequent in the past 2 days and now is happening 1-3x every couple of hours.

How can I read the logs to determine what is going wrong and how can I fix it?

I downloaded the log immediately after restarting PMS. attached are two logs downloaded after two subsequent crashes immediately after one another.

Windows 11 x64 Pro, 22H2 (22621.1105)
Ryzen 7 5700G (IGP disabled in BIOS)
64 GB RAM (24GB as RAM Disk/Cache)
Intel A380 Latest Video Driver 1/10/23 31.0.101.4034
Resizable BAR Enabled in BIOS and confirmed working in Intel Driver.

For what it’s worth, PMS just crashed again. Here are the logs.

I see in the Console Errors I was seeing a CUDA enabling error…

So I just disabled both Hardware Acceleration When Available and Use Hardware-Accelerated Video Encoding to see if the crashing goes away.

… and it keeps on crashing…

I tried disabling HW transcoding, but that didn’t have an effect on the frequency of crashing.
I also uninstalled and re-installed Plex and that might have helped, but since PMS started crashing again a few hours later, I don’t think that had a positive effect either.
