Plex Media Server crashing on startup. Logs say "Error binding acceptor", but all ports are open

I just restarted my computer, and until yesterday evening everything worked well, nothing changed besides the restarting of my Mac.

Plex Media Server crashes the moment I start it, without any error message. Looking at the logs, the message I get is:

I checked that all ports are open on my routers side, and explicitly Port 32400 is open (this was the common error that I found online).

The weird thing is, that after a while (Plex Media Server is still not working, not even running), the Error Log file changes and shows the following [EXCERPT]:

I’m at my wit’s end and don’t know what I could do to solve things.

Player Version#: Player on Roku

I have the same issue but I don’t know how to access the logs on my macmini. I load Plex media server and it just quits after trying to load for like a minute. I can’t access anything - please help
