Hi fresh install of win 11. Clean install of Plex Media Server 64bit
Plex server crashes upon starting:

Tried uninstalling, deleting plex registry key and appdata folder, reinstalled reboot and nothing changes.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
