Server Version#: 1.13.5.5291
The plex logs don’t really say why, but windows event viewer gives me this:
Faulting application name: Plex Media Server.exe, version: 1.13.5.5291, time stamp: 0x5b56ba49 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.3.9600.18895, time stamp: 0x5a4b127e Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x000e6214 Faulting process id: 0x3020 Faulting application start time: 0x01d436f79e1a7e64 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Report Id: f508c58d-a6cf-11e8-8130-f4ce46b6e55f Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
This isn’t the first time it happened It happened a few days ago with this:
Faulting application name: Plex Media Server.exe, version: 1.13.5.5291, time stamp: 0x5b56ba49 Faulting module name: Plex Media Server.exe, version: 1.13.5.5291, time stamp: 0x5b56ba49 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00a7ebc3 Faulting process id: 0x2f48 Faulting application start time: 0x01d42533fdbb0c06 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe Report Id: 040508c2-9ea0-11e8-812f-f4ce46b6e55f Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
It happened a few more times with Plex Media Server and ntdll both being the cause of the crash.
Has anyone seen this before? I just upgraded PMS to the latest Plex Pass Release.
