Plex Media Server crashing when playing TV or movies remotely

I believe this was introduced with the last update. Previously, I could do all operations just fine (including playing within my house and playing remotely to my cell phone). Now I can still play within my house just fine, but as soon as I press the play button on my cell phone Plex app, the server crashes.

Is anyone else running into this? Sorry if I missed someone else talking about it.

The last update came in december.

But newly I have also some strange crashes, like in the past two days. All plays are remote at me.

FWIW: Mine was caused by a mismatch between PMS and my display driver. The previous version of PMS worked perfectly fine w/ my installed driver. The new version of PMS crashed with that version, but appears to work fine w/ the latest driver (Intel 655 chipset).
