I’ve been running into this issue for quite some time but am unable to solve this. I have the latest update from Plex. I am able to remote access my server. The issue is from time to time, my PC becomes unresponsive or “crashes.” I have a Dell OptiPlex 7090 SFF. 48 or 64GB of RAM. i7 Processor.
The PC is still powered on. The monitors are still powered on, but its just a blank/black screen. The only way to “fix” this is to hard reset/completely power off the PC and turn it back on. Then I’m able to remote into the server again.
I found an article saying that Plex might be causing my PC to not properly go to sleep mode? I’m not sure if this might be the issue. but it kind of sounds like it.
Any ideas how to fix this?
