Plex (Media server) does not see/find any video/movie files in directory (music is OK)

Server Version#: 3.108.2
Player Version#: i do not play yet, only scanning for video media

Problem is that my Plex does not see any video file (that is; the 2 files that are now in the directory for testing)

Directory structure:
/volume1/video/DVD

Contents:
A_I_ARTIFICIAL_INTELLIGENCE.Title1.mp4
BLADE_RUNNER.Title1 (1982).mp4

I red the conditions for Plex to scan files, but the 2 files have simple names, why can’t they be found?
Plex sees my NAS and directory structure, also my Video/Movie directory if i select a directory (Edit)! But if i scan, nothing is found!
Doed anyone knows why? Or have a clue?

Thanks for your link.
But the files (names) are very simple. I added with 1 file a year, but nothing changed with scanning.
