Good morning,
after installing the latest update, the system no longer detects the new files that I copy to the SAN SYNOLOGY in movie folders.
Manual scanning also has no effect.
What can I do?

If the plex server software is not allowed to read your files, it cannot recognize them. Therefore you must grant it the privilege back.
