Plex Media Server exits within minutes of starting

Server Version#: Version 1.24.0.4930
Player Version#: 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4
OS: Windows 10

I have been experiencing this issue for some time, on two different media servers located separately, over several version upgrades. Today I uninstalled one of the media servers, emptied the plug-ins folder, rearranged some of the media files to be aligned with the guidelines for movies, TV Shows and Music, re-installed the latest version, set up the media folders for My Movies, My TV Shows, My Music and My Photos, scanned the library files, optimized the database, cleaned the bundles, and hoped for the best. However, the issue persists, so I am opening this topic to troubleshoot.

My steps to create the problem are simple. I start the server and navigate the the libraries and settings. I right-click the server icon in the bottom-right notification area and select Open Plex to navigate using the web interface from the same machine. I also navigate using the Plex player app (for Windows 10) on a separate machine on the local network. After a few minutes of browsing the libraries and settings screens the server crashes and the clients report that they are unable to connect or timeout. Upon mousing over the service icon in the lower-right corner of the Windows screen, the icon disappears, confirming that the service is no longer running.

During the timeframe corresponding to the attached log files, the crash was repeated and the service started again a few times. Initially, the media scans may have still been running, but I believe they completed about half way through this time period.

Perhaps I have one or more media files that are causing the crash either due to unexpected filename, format, etc. Any assistance or troubleshooting information you can provide from reviewing the logs is appreciated.
