This would be amazing as id be able to turn on my TV and everything would be ready, whereas rn I gotta have both my PC and TV on to use Plex, kinda annoying

A nice thought… But kind of akin to saying, I wish I could get in the car, drive 100 miles, all without turning the engine on.
No its more like asking to be able to use a car (Plex) without jumper cables (My Desktop PC’s PMS)
Plex Media Server is already available for the Nvidia Shield TV. I don’t think any other Android TV boxes would be powerful enough.
