My Plex Media Server is installed successfully. After double-clicking to run, the PMS icon is displayed in the upper right corner. When I click on it and select ‘Open Plex’, a page pops up displaying the device as unauthorized. According to the official website, after installing PMS, the first login configuration page will appear. However, I didn’t complete the first configuration, and after logging in, it displays ‘Initializing Plex Media Server’. After a while, an error occurred and asked me to ensure that the server is available and try again. I have tried multiple times, but it still doesn’t work. I have provided the PMS with full access to the local disk, and all configurations have been checked without any abnormalities. I don’t know what the reason is or how to solve it.
Every time I click open Plex, a page with index.html#!/setup/xxxxxxx pops up

Basic problem is that you can’t start fresh with any 1.30/1.31 version. Some people were able to restart Plex and then access settings, others dropped back to 1.29.2 to start and then upgraded. You could try the latest 1.31.2.6757.
It has been fixed. It is about the intranet segment. It may be caused by the duplication of my intranet segment and a node segment that plex needs to jump to. I modified the intranet segment and it will be ready to use
