Plex Media Server for MacOS Sequoia 15.5 unresponsive

Loving Plex so far, pretty new, but right now I’m having an issue where when I launch Plex Media Server, I’ll wait about half an hour to do anything with it, but when I interact with the icon in the menu bar on my new mac it becomes non responsive and I have to force quit it through my Activity Monitor.

When it’s not responsive, the titles still show up on the web and in the player, but it won’t push through any new titles added.

Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

I should also mention while the PMS is unresponsive, I can select things and right click, but I can’t type anything on the keyboard.
