There should be nothing which states to use the VaapiDriver="i965"
It is long since retired.
The iHD driver is the default.
You can remove the entire VaapiDriver preference.
Plex was initially installed on my Synology 5 or 6 years ago. Perhaps that’s why it’s there?

Hello ExHongKonger - I am curious about your setup, I am seeing the exact same issues you had and am using an n150 but did not have the setting you had in my Preferences.xml. Can you share the working Linux, Kernel, and Plex version you’re using to get it working?
Ubuntu 24.04.01 + upgraded to Mainline kernel 6.11 to get Linux to recognise the n150.
Plex Version: 1.41.4.9399
I’ve since updated both the Linux kernel and the Plex version to the latest releases. No problems.
Thank you! I decided to upgrade Linux to 24.10 which included the kernel upgrade to 6.11 - this solved the issue for me.
