You need to enable debug logging, if you want to see useful things in the log.
The above errors can be safely ignored.

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 5 minutes
  6. fetch log files and attach them here

Here are the files BEFORE I turned on logging
Plex Media Server Logs_2020-07-01_11-08-32.zip (2.5 MB)
AND after
Plex Media Server Logs_2020-07-01_11-41-30.zip (2.5 MB)

The only diffrence I can see is that it doesn’t do the SSDP thing several times a second.
And after the restart Plex is back with a idle CPU of less than 1%

You did not turn on the server debug logging.
You probably acitvated it for the web app, which is a separate thing.

That explains why the console didn’t show anything… a web search put the “Web App Logs” on top.
Plex Media Server Logs_2020-07-01_12-06-24.zip (2.0 MB)
But as I stated, a restart removes the CPU issue and the only thing different seems to be the constant spamming of SSDP is gone.

Yes, but now you leave the debug logging on. If the issue re-occurs, there is a chance to see what it actually does in the logs.
The next version will contain a fix for a similar issue. It might help for yours too.

Side remark: please remove all those old plugins, which are no longer working.

Using WiFi for the server is also not recommended.

Yeah, I know using WiFi isn’t recommended, but I have’t got the possibility to run cables through my house yet, and streaming 1080p to my Chromecast works fine on WiFi.
