Plex Media Server local can't be found

Hello People,

I try to get Plex to run, I installed the latest Version from the Official Site and logged in in my account. But when i open the plex site the Server isn’t been found so I don’t can configure the Server and the Paths and i also can’t find the Server with the Plex App on my Panasonic TV. Is there any Firewall or Router configuration needed to get the Server to run?
In the Logs on the first look i can’t find anything how it wouldn’t run.

I assume the server was already installed on your machine using a different plex.tv account.
You need to use this procedure to bring it into your currently used plex account:

Afterwards, use the Chrome browser, not Edge.
