Plex media server loses connection to Nas server it's running on, and loses the sever tab under settings

I’m having the same problem as described here.

The only difference is that I am not sharing my server with anyone else at all, I am the sole user.

Another difference is one of the suggestions on the page was to remove the server from the connected devices tab, and then relink or retokenize it. However my server isn’t listed under connected devices. Only the other things I stream to like my PS5, or my Vizio tv, or my Samsung phone.

I don’t under why the app keeps losing half of it’s functionality randomly over and over and over and over.

This is probably the 20th time I have had it lose my server and half the functionality that would let me disconnect and reconnect the server.

Please help me.
